Coherence for Teams is based on the principle that every sports team needs connection on a human level in order to build coherence.

Most times the inability for a team to function at its best is not a result of the x’s and o’s, but is a result of a breakdown in team dynamics among the humans not the athletes.

I facilitate experiences for the team and coaching staff that will create the conditions for that coherence and alignment to take place.
